At Bubbot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers.
1. Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Digital Products
For digital products or downloadable content, returns are generally not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described.
2. Return Process

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
- Any relevant documentation
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

- Apple Pay/Google Pay: 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and in original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Keep all original packaging
- Do not attempt to repair the item
We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

- Processing time may be extended due to customs clearance
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase
9. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription services:
- Cancel anytime through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
